When you send your details online you are registering your interest to use our Services. We will use the details you provided to generate a response which is needed for you to decide whether you will use our Services. Details about the Services are contained within our website. 

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

If you no longer want to use our Services and therefore terminate your agreement between yourself and Baztex Express, after written conformation we will be happy to remove any personal details we hold about you from our database. We will endeavour to act on your request within 10 working days from receipt of your instruction.
